Our Studio Photography Policies

1. Booking and Cancellation Policy

To reserve your photography session with our studio, a non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the selected package is required at the time of booking. This fee will be applied towards the total cost of your session. Your booking will not be confirmed until this fee is received. The remaining 50% will be paid on the day of the shoot, before the client leaves the studio.

If you need to reschedule your session, we require at least 2 days’ notice. If you provide sufficient notice, we will apply your booking fee towards the rescheduled session. If you do not provide sufficient notice, or if you cancel your session altogether, your booking fee will be forfeited.

In the event that our studio needs to reschedule your session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date and time. If we are unable to accommodate your schedule, we will refund your booking fee in full.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected events can occur, and we will work with you to find a solution that best suits your needs. However, we ask that you communicate with us as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience for both parties.


2. Photo Delivery Policy

After your photo session, we will provide you with a gallery of digital proofs to review and select your final images. You can choose to make the selection of the images at our studios with the help of our expert photographers or we can provide you with low resolution copies of the images via a google drive link and you select out of the studio. The low-resolution images will be sent on the same day as the photo shoot and will have a watermark of the Agandy logo. This is done so that the client can only use the images for selection purposes. The images sent for selection will be unedited, straight out of the camera files.

Once you have made your final selections, we will retouch and edit the chosen images to ensure the highest quality. The timeline for retouching and editing will depend on the number of images and the complexity of the edits, but we aim to deliver your final images within 7 days from the time you make your selections. However, we do at times make exceptions when the client wants 1 to 2 images within 2 to 3 days.

The final images will be delivered in digital format via a secure online gallery or email. We will deliver both web-optimized images and high-resolution copies of the files; we will also include black-and-white copies of the files.

We will only provide you with the edited files that you paid for; it’s our policy that we don’t give unedited raw files to clients who paid for a package that explicitly has soft copy images as the deliverable. We do this for quality control, for creative control, and to avoid liabilities for our brand as a studio. If a client wants raw files, they will have to communicate their expectations before booking to avoid misunderstandings.

If you need extra deliverables that are not on the selected package, like prints, albums, or other products, we will work with you to create a custom package to meet your needs. Additional fees may apply.


3. Copyright and Usage Policy

Both the Client and the studio have copyright to all images captured, The studio will however in most cases seek permission from the client to use particular images for promotional purposes.


4. Late Arrivals and No-Show Policy

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can arise that may cause you to be late or unable to attend your scheduled photography session. However, we have a strict policy regarding late arrivals and no-shows to ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients and maintain our schedule.

If you are running late for your scheduled session, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your late arrival, but please note that we may need to shorten your session to ensure that we stay on schedule for our other clients.

If you arrive more than 30 minutes late for your scheduled session without prior notice, we reserve the right to cancel your session, and your booking fee will be forfeited.


5. Refund Policy

At Agandy Studios, we want you to be completely satisfied with your photography session and the products you receive. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your experience or the products you receive, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right.


We do not offer refunds for photography sessions or booking fees. If you are dissatisfied with the products you receive, please let us know, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If a refund is deemed necessary, it will be at our discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee.


If you need to cancel your photography session, please let us know as soon as possible. Your booking fee will be forfeited if you cancel with less than two days’ notice. If you cancel with the required notice, your booking fee may be applied towards a future session.


6. Privacy Policy

At Agandy Studios, we are committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal information. We have developed this privacy policy to inform you of the types of personal information we collect, how we use that information, and the steps we take to protect that information.

1.Information we collect:

We may collect personal information from you, such as your name, address, phone number, email address, and payment information, when you book a photography session or purchase products from us. We may also collect information about your use of our website or services.

2.How we use your information:

We use your personal information to provide the services you request from us, such as booking photography sessions or delivering products. We may also use your information to communicate with you about our services, promotions, or other information we think may be of interest to you. We may also use your information for internal business purposes, such as analyzing and improving our services.

3.How we protect your information:

We take the security and confidentiality of your personal information seriously and take reasonable steps to protect it. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

4. Sharing your information:

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with our trusted partners who assist us in providing our services to you, such as printing labs. These partners are required to protect your information and may only use it for the purposes of providing the services we have requested.

5.Changes to our privacy policy:

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.


7. Studio Rules and Etiquette Policy:

We want to create a comfortable and professional environment for all of our clients. To achieve this, we ask that you adhere to the following rules and etiquette:

  • Respect the studio and equipment: Please treat the studio and our equipment with care and respect. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse will be the responsibility of the client.
  • Be on time: Please arrive on time for your scheduled photography session. We may need to shorten your session if you arrive late to ensure that we stay on schedule for our other clients.
  • No smoking or pets: Smoking and pets are not allowed in the studio at any time.
  • Food and drinks: Food and drinks are allowed in designated areas only.
  • Guest policy: You are welcome to bring guests to your photography session, but please limit the number of guests to no more than 3 for individual shoots and ensure that they follow the studio rules and etiquette.
  • Dress appropriately: Please dress appropriately for your photography session. If you are unsure what to wear, please contact us for guidance.
  • Cell phone use: Please limit your cell phone use during your photography session to avoid distractions.
  • Cooperation: Please cooperate with the photographer and follow their instructions during the photography session to ensure the best possible results.
  • Clean up: Please clean up any personal items or trash after your photography session.

We want to create a positive experience for all of our clients, and adhering to these rules and etiquette will help us achieve that.
